What is the role of the franchisee ?

The role of the franchisee is to develop a thriving business in their sector.

To do this, they must:

  • Drive business development in their regional market;
  • Support their internal team to optimize recruitment and customer service;
  • Work with their clients to optimize workforce needs and ensure quality;
  • Train employees on various labor standards and health and safety procedures;

Furthermore, the franchisee must also:

  • Recruit and select staff;
  • Motivate staff on-site;
  • Diligently manage staffing;
  • Participate in the improvement of the franchise by attending continuous improvement meetings organized by the franchisor;
  • Work with the franchisor to resolve any issues encountered.

Application Form

This is your opportunity to position yourself as a serious and motivated future franchisee. You will be directly entered into our personalized assessment process.

Please note that the qualification process only begins once we receive the application form and a duly completed and signed confidentiality agreement.

Exploratory Interview

A personalized discussion to better understand your background and ambitions and answer your initial questions. This will provide clarity and establish an initial personal connection with the network.

At this stage, we will conduct a credit and legal background check.

Presentation of the Opportunity

Access all the strategic information to make an informed decision: figures, support offered, business model, testimonials. You have everything you need to validate the value of the opportunity.

Before moving on to the next step, we will ask for a $25,000 deposit to reserve your territory. This deposit is refundable under certain conditions.

Informational Webinar

Territory Reservation

Reservation of the franchise in the territory, $10,000 deposit. At this stage, you are no longer in competition with other potential candidates.

Discovery Day

Meetings with team members, a hands-on tour of an existing office to see operations in real time, ask questions of an active franchisee, and envision your own success. Discussions will address your questions and information needs.

Territorial exclusivity for a period of 10 years, access to all the network’s tools, and the assurance of never being alone in your entrepreneurial adventure.

Training and Operational Launch

Intensive training, concrete tools, on-the-ground support, and a detailed start-up plan. Launch of the appointment scheduling campaign with potential clients. You are ready to generate results quickly.

Official Opening

We celebrate the opening of your first office and the beginning of your entrepreneurial adventure within our network.

The Business Model

Travail Global operates in a Canadian market worth over $23 billion annually. In Quebec alone, this market is valued at over $3.5 billion.

Our goal with each franchisee is to enable them to build a business that will eventually generate over $20 million in revenue (depending on the territory’s potential).
